If you chose to reschedule your appointment, please contact me through email: mslfitdance@gmail.com to let me know at least 24 hours before or you will lose your slot.

Punctuality is important so please arrive on time to your appointment please do not show up 10 minutes early. You have a 10 minutes grace period from the time of your appointment.

If you are MORE THAN 5 minutes late your appointment will be canceled if I have other clients in the session. Please treat me the same way you would treat any other appointment.

Terms and Conditions For Cancellations and refunds for MSLFIT & Bring It To

1. Cancellations and Refunds:
   a. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are not eligible for a refund.
   b. In the event of extenuating circumstances preventing attendance, we may offer credit towards a future session at a more convenient time.
   c. The decision to grant credit will be made at our discretion based on the nature of the circumstances and availability.

2. Booking Changes:
   a. Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing or through our designated communication channels.
   b. Changes to a booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Service Provision:
   a. We strive to provide the best possible service and experience for our customers.
   b. While we make every effort to deliver sessions as scheduled, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require us to modify or reschedule a session. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work towards finding a suitable alternative.

4. Customer Responsibilities:
   a. It is the customer's responsibility to attend scheduled sessions or provide sufficient notice for cancellations or changes.
   b. Any failure to attend a session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.

5. Liability:
   a. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during or as a result of participating in our sessions, unless due to our negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property:
   a. All materials, content, and intellectual property shared during sessions are protected by copyright laws.
   b. Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any materials shared without obtaining explicit permission.

7. Termination:
   a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a customer's access to our services if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful.

8. Modifications:
   a. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
   b. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers through other communication channels.

At our company, we take cancellations seriously. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent you from attending a session you have booked. However, due to the terms and conditions of our company, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking.

 

That being said, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything in our power to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. If you are unable to attend a session due to extenuating circumstances, we can offer you credit towards a future session at a more convenient time.
