Join us for a full out sweaty Dance Fitness Workout FROM comfort of your own home

This is an all-levels dance fitness class! Bring your friend, Your aunty, Mum or Dad and we'll sweat it out!

We have DJ DAGGERSTAR spinning them disk the whole way through the sessions so if you can't get through it hopefully the music will help you carry on.

We also have a special guest @G.EFITNESS joining us to teach us how Soca should be!
