I will be doing weekend catch-ups with each individual to see how they are doing. This program is adaptable to any working person. We focus on Food, Mind, and Fitness to help you achieve an ‘overall glow’. We believe you should be rewarded for your hard work so each week, we select our client of the week and send them a prize in the post.
