"You ready for the after glow"?
The After Glow is a 6 week, physical, and mental well-being program. This is the 2nd stage program for those who have completed stage one: The Glow Up Challenge, or for anyone who has already endured intensive training prior.
This program is adaptable to any working person.
We focus on Food, Mind, and Fitness to help you achieve an ‘overall glow’. We believe you should be rewarded for your hard work so each week, we select our client of the week and send them a prize in the post.
Whats the difference between The Glow Up Challenge and The After Glow?
The glow up challenge is a beginner program and we focus more on body weight exercises with very minimal weight. We train 3 times a week.
The after glow is training 2-3 times a week using Body weight and weight assisted workouts, gym and yoga combinations.

• Positive attitude for daily lifestyle
